Now I've been blocked from even filing. When I was told to pay I was able to file. Now that I've switched to the free file for under $39k income it won't even let me file.
Since we cannot see your account through this public forum, can you please provide a few more details regarding why you can't file? Are you getting an error message when you attempt to file?

Says I'm not entitled to efile one or more formsets.
This is becoming VERY frustrating!
Not a single thing has changed over the years I've used this service and this year it's just a nightmare no matter what.

This entire experience has been terrible this filing season!!! Schedule 3 says available and yet I'm still not able to submit my efile. I'm not receiving help from turbotax at all... Just a bunch of links that make it more frustrating!!!

I was charged for the premier 2022 turbo tax. I did not receive a service code to use when I file the prepaid product
I was charged to my bank acct for Premier edition. No coupon #was provided. How to get it ?
@Stevewesst Not sure why you expect a service code. Service codes are provided by customer support for very specific reasons.
