You may wish to file an extension for now. You won't be able to file without your W-2 or all the W-2 information to file a substitute W2 form. You can contact the IRS and ask for a wage transcript, or contact your company for another copy of the W2. But unless you can get this by tomorrow, you won't be able to file on time so you should file an extension.
