I have the deluxe cd. The program feezes.

Who do i have to [removed] to speak with a person?

If you are having problems with the CD freezing you might want to try and download a version of TurboTax using your CD Key.

Instructions:

Start by setting up your TurboTax account if you don't already have one with us.

Then, contact us and a Support Representative will push a download into your TurboTax account.

Once that's been done, simply sign in to My Downloads to download your TurboTax software.
