A license code is not entered on or used with the TurboTax online editions. It is only used with the TurboTax software that you install on a personal computer from the TurboTax CD or Download.
Install the software on your personal computer and do NOT use the TurboTax online editions since you purchased the software.
If you purchased the CD or Downloaded version of the program then you must use the CD or downloaded version ... the code will NOT work for the ONLINE program.
Now if you started in the ONLINE version and do not want to pay for the program again then switch to the program you purchased : https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901476-how-do-i-switch-from-turbotax-online-to-the-turbotax-software
The code was removed since you posted it to a public forum ... do not post private info on this site.

The online editions do not require a license code.
That code is only used for the software you paid for and were to install on your personal computer so you could create, complete and file your tax returns using the TurboTax software.
Do you have a specific question?
If so, please comment so we can assist you.
To enter the license code, go to the activation screen and select Continue. For more information, see: Activating TurboTax CD/Download software.
@blacktarzan License codes are only used for the CD\Download program. If you purchased a CD\Download, download and install the program on your computer. You will see a screen asking for a license code when you activate TurboTax.
To access your downloads:
I have a Turbo Tax Licence code.
How and where do I enter it on the website?
Are you using the Online version or trying to download the program?
Sorry you can't apply the Desktop purchase to the online version. They are separate things and don't talk or sync to each other. You would have to get a refund for the Desktop CD/Download program and pay for online separately.
Contact Customer Service 5am-5pm Pacific M-F
You need to pick the CD/Download program in the product drop down box.

Or you can move your online return to the Desktop program without paying for online so you don't need to start over.

To continue in the desktop version see this…….
After you get the program installed the first thing to do before you open your tax return .tax file is to update the program and install any state programs you had. Then open your file. So you first might need to start a fake return to be able to download the state program (go to FILE - NEW).
Why you don't allow to use the license purchased from Costco for online version?. I am using online version for past 5 years and online price is more than license purchased from Costco price.
It is simple to accept desktop license for online to make customer happy.
This is very frustrating..
Sorry the Desktop program and the Online versions are totally different and are priced differently. Why did you buy the Desktop program if you wanted to use the Online version? The Desktop program is usually better and has more features than Online.
To use the Online version you would have to start over in a new online return and pay for Online separate from the Desktop program. You can't apply the Desktop CD/Download purchase to Online. Then try to get a refund for the Desktop program.
If you get the Desktop program installed we can tell you how to transfer from your 2020 online return into the Desktop program.

There is no license required for the TurboTax online editions. There is no payment required for an online return until the user decides to e-file or print their tax return.
The TurboTax desktop editions and the online editions are separate programs with different price points.
The license code is only required for the TurboTax desktop editions to be installed on a personal computer. If you purchase the TurboTax software from Costco then you should be using the desktop edition on your computer as there is no need to use the online editions. Otherwise do not purchase the desktop software and create your return online - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

How dumb is that? Just finished and now I have to start over by downloading? wth?
Where did you complete them prior to finishing? If you have already submitted a return online, you would not need to submit another using the downloaded software. @sardond
