I didn't file with you.

I worked with Jackson Hewitt this year. My taxes were complete by 2/10/2019

How do I totally delete my account? or delete their number from my account and use the two step process.  I have tried but it didn't work.  I do have a PTIN with the IRS.

TurboTax accounts cannot be deleted.  However, you can clear the tax return of all data.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return.  Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2018 online tax return.  Click on Clear & Start Over.

The account can be deactivated but you need contact TurboTax support for the procedure.

TurboTax support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday after tax season.
