It appears you are contacting us through TurboTax Online, which does not require an update.
If you are using a CD/Download product for Windows, you can try manually updating the software. Please see What is a manual update? for information and instructions.

At the direction of Turbo Tax, I uploaded the updates. I had to RESUBMIT the tax information.
It still will not update.
