I cannot access my program after installation. Can I remove and reinstall?

Yes, you can trying uninstalling and reinstalling, but did you sign in to your Intuit account (which is necessary for the 2023 products).

cannot start turbotax after install

I now have that same problem with TurboTax 2024 on MacOS.  I am logged in (like I am right now) and I can start TurboTax but it only says "you're up to date" and "there are no form updates" and then it QUITS without allowing me to start any form.
