I am unable to eFile. Get this error on State Return: "Activity Worksheet: Activity Description - This form is not ready to be filed due to a change in the federal form"

Does anyone know how to fix this? It appears to be a glitch. I have been checking every day for the last 2 weeks and have been unable to efile.
