I am reinstalling my licensed copy of Quicken 2016 on a new computer. On startup, it takes me to an Intuit ID sign-in and all I get is an error message.
I tried going to the new Quicken website and creating a new ID, but nothing appears to be working. I never receive a promised reset password from them.
Can you help me. Thx......
This is the TurboTax AnswerXchange user community forum. Quicken is no longer owned by Intuit. It was sold in April 2016.

Thanks. Unlike the efficient TurboTax site, the new Quicken site is terrible. They say I have an account, but I have not received promised email or text in over 24 hours.
I have been using Quicken for years and have the 2016 version. I bank online and don't want or need to download from the bank. Just want to keep track of our finances. I didn't have/or use a password to get into Quicken. Any help appreciated. GS3
