There is not an authorized user option when using the TurboTax online editions.

You would have to provide your TurboTax User ID and Password for someone else to access your account.

More specifically, I would like to have another user speak with the accountant and tax expert help by phone. If that is possible without any other info, please confirm

You are using the one of the TurboTax Live edition so you should be able to speak to your Tax Expert and get an answer from them concerning this issue.
