How does one calculate MAGI?

I am interested in how 2024 MAGI is calculated for IRMAA tax brackets that impact Medicare PART B premium for 2026

On my letter from Social Security for IRMAA  it uses your AGI plus tax exempt interest on 1040 line 2a.
