How do i launch turbotax

I have installed TurboTax Premier on my C:\Drive yesterday.  Please see the screenshot: ...\Capture 03-28-2019 Exit TT.JPG file attached.

See also the launch screenshot from yesterday: ...\Capture 03-28-2019 Launch TT Now.JPG. Here is the Launch screen before I have exited TurboTax?

How do i start my taxes, today?

Do you have the shortcut on your Desktop or dock bar at the bottom?  Its the red circle with a white checkmark in it.

If you click on that does it launch the Turbo Tax program?  If you don't get that Begin screen again go up to File-New to start a return.  Did you already start a return?

And be sure to save often, even in the middle of working on your return.  After you make a lot of entries go to File-Save.  The program does not automatically save although it should ask if you want to save when you exit the program.

Your tax returns (tax files end in .tax2018) and pdf files should be saved in your Documents then in a Turbo Tax folder.

on Mac catalina I have successuly downloaded turbo tax premier.  I have the red logo with the check mark in dock and launchpad but it will not open.  my first attempt  generated a message: ..app downloaded from internet.  Are you sure you want to open it. Disk image "m_turbotax"  There were three options,  Cancel, Show web Page, Open.  I selected Open.  Nothing!  The icon bounces but will not launch.  Any suggestions?

If you get the message "TurboTax cannot be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software" then that is caused by the Apple "Gatekeeper" introduced with OS X 10.15 (Catalina).

That has nothing to do with TurboTax and will happen for any application not purchased from the Apple Store.
