How do I get an activation code?

I installed TT Desktop 2025 by going through a Fidelity Investments link. To my surprise, TT downloaded without asking me for money. But now it's asking for an activation code and I can't find it anywhere. Help?

Did you use these steps?

You have to get the Fidelity discount by starting on this page. If you are not already logged into Fidelity it will give you a log in box.
https://www.fidelity.com/accounts-trade/turbotax-discount

That will give you the page for Online Turbo Tax.
To get the Desktop program…..
Click the green Start filing with TurboTax and save 25% button (or whatever percent you get)
It brings up the Fidelity Save 25% Get Started page
Leave that page and tab open
Then in another browser tab go to the Turbo Tax Desktop page here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download

It worked for this user.   I just posted on this one and asked how he got it activated.

Oh you don’t need to pay before you download the program.   You have to pay to buy a License Code.   So I think maybe you didn’t download it the right way to get there Fidelity discount.

Yes, I followed those steps.

This has gotten difficult. I cannot get an activation code. When I attempt to contact TT Support online, it sends me through a loop of links that lead nowhere. When I try to phone Support, it asks for a support code I do not have.

So I still need help. Please?

And now it's asking for "license code", not "activation code". I just can't get past this.

Could someone from TT staff please help me?
