Did you get a letter?  If the IRS is requesting form 8962 see https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3653921-the-irs-is-requesting-form-8962-for-2016

The  Form 8962 is populated automatically when you enter the 1095-A in the Health Insurance tab ...
