go to irs or state website and download the blank forms

if your asking about the 2018 tax return you filed, did you use TT? then you need to access that account.

an alternative is to go to IRS website register and get transcript of your 2018 return.

Thanks I didn’t file in 2018 but I will go to the IRS and get 2018 tax forms thanks a lot I am a vet
