I have the same issue. Called turbo tax and the customer service rep said they have a system fix in place which should be done on or around 3/2. I plan in trying to refile MN after that. If that doesn't work, I will probably have to mail it in. Just relaying what she said, hopefully they do have a fix. Federal e-file was accepted.
This error doesn't have any instructions to fix. There is no resolution in turbo tax online to correct. Verified with two customer service reps via phone.
You may want to check with the Minnesota Department of Revenue to find out what the rejection code means.
Please also check the TurboTax Forms Availability tool to make sure the forms you used for your state return are available.
