I need to talk to someone. I was told because my daughter doesn’t pay for 50% of her living arrangements and she lives with me. She still goes to school and works. They told her that when it ask can someone file her say yes. She did that and they rejected her refund. Why can. Someone call me and explain why not or how she can fix it?The representative told me they would give her back the taxes they took from her. My name is [removed], number is [phone number removed]. What was the specific reason or rejection code? Post that information to this thread for help in resolving the issue. Check your daughter's return for any errors and to verify that checked the box shown.

You have got to be kidding me. Want to charge me 5 dollar to resolve an issue. When the issue gets resolved you are going to make what income from me. Tax professionals or scandals. I'm a veteran and a parent. Help me resolve the issue first as you can deduct it from my refund.

I'm not sure where you saw a "5 dollar" reference. If you are using a paid edition, there is no extra fee to contact TurboTax Support by phone, and support via Twitter/Facebook is free for any user. In any case, this is mainly a user community forum, not a direct route to TurboTax Support. You haven't mentioned any specific issue.
