How do I change my email?

To change your email address:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
   Do not click the Take me to my return button
2. Select Intuit Account from the lower left corner.
3. This will take you to an Account Settings screen.
4. Click Edit at the right of the E-mail address line.
5. Enter your new email address and confirm it.
6. Enter your password.
7. Click Save, and you’re done.

If you no longer have access to your email address and are unable to login to your TurboTax Online account please complete the Account Recovery Request Submission Form.

Email address is wrong can't get it to reset to the right email ... [email address removed]

Why isn't the information to change email not showing on the screen as Turbo Tax states?

After signing in to my account I still cannot see the screen to change email or update information

I already filed my tax on IRS. I want to cancel non tax file of turbotax , please give my money back!

This does not work! I entered my new address into the form, entered my current password and I'm taken back to the previous screen where my email address has not changed.

I have tried what youve said except I dont have an edit next to my email.

3. On the Welcome! screen, select Sign in & security.
4. Select Email address, enter your new email address, confirm it and enter your password.
5. Select Save and you’re done.

Hey! OK.. I'm a couple years late with a solution, but for posterity sake... I had the same frustrating problem. I would change email, it would tell me email change successful, but email would revert to prior email. 

I changed browsers from Chrome to Safari and viola... it worked. Might be a browser compatibility issue?

L no longs have acess to the e mail I used last year  My Email . I use [email address removed]  my SS [removed] I need to setup my account
