How do I change my email address

Go to Intuit Account in the bottom of the black column

For the last 4 years I've used a certain user name and email address. I've recently changed my user name and password. How can I sync or transfer my old tax return information to my new email?

Please follow these steps: 

• Log into your TurboTax online account.
• Select Intuit Account in the lower left corner of the screen.
• Click on Sign In & Security.
• Select Edit next to the information you want to update.
• Update the information.
• Click Save.

Yes you can get code sent to your phone.  Here is a link to help with getting code for forgotten information.  If needed, you can also go here for account recovery options.  

this sight is totally worthless! I need to change email address since I recently retired and can't find Intuit account tab anywhere. Someone please call to help me find it!!!!!

The "Intuit Account" is not a tab, but a "selection" from the left hand menu after you sign in to your account.
