What if you have already paid online how would you get a refund for fees
I filed 1040A and used the standard deduction, I think my fees should be $0
I thought I had filed free turbotax, but was charged $29. which I paid, because I had no choice. It states on my papers I had filed free, so what happened and what can I do.
It charged me for max without knowing how do I get this money back
I want a refund of my $29.95 !!! Was not given an option to do the free and I didn't even finish my e-file!!! I will be denying the charge if I don't here from them !!! No way to talk to a specialist or contact them except for this stupid questions area.

You Shilocks can have your pound of flesh and drop of blood but you will not get another cent from me or recommendations from me. I resent the hell out of being bilked out of my hard earned money so I shall tell people about your deceitful dealings and urge them not to use your products.

Which online edition of TurboTax can be used depends on the type of tax data you are entering. The TurboTax Free edition is only for very simple tax returns.

If you are eligible you can use the TurboTax Free File Program which is free to file both a federal and state tax return. The Free File Program edition is a full featured personal tax program and on a separate website from the TurboTax online editions. The Free File Program will be available in mid-January - https://turbotax.intuit.com/taxfreedom/

Crooks but there is a class action lawsuit you can sign up for and second of all i think we need to ask our elected officials to have the irs start there own tax link because theese companies are screwing us.they paid there lobbyists to have the irs to let them keep screwing us!!!
