How can I open my 2019 return to edit, when program says the file cannot be opened?

To reopen your return if you have not e-filed and haven't filed by mail:

• Log in and go to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents."
• Click on that line or the word SHOW to expand that section.
• Under 2019, click "Add a State" (you won't add a state; that's just to open the return).

When I go to Tax Returns and Documents, 2019 is not listed.

Have tried to combine accounts by selecting "choice account" and changing Passwords but no success.

Have been using Turbotax for several years, every year.

Appreciate your help.

The most common reason for not finding returns is signing in with the wrong User ID, which can happen if you have multiple accounts. Refer to the following TurboTax FAQ to check if you have another account linked to your email address:  How many TurboTax accounts do I have? - Community
