How can I get help to go over my returns

Did you get a letter from the IRS or the state?  Is it about the current year--2019---or some other tax year?  Is there a letter number or CP number on the top of the letter?  What does it say?

 

TurboTax does not receive any information from the IRS or state when they send you a letter or a notice, so no one at TT knows what they are asking you to do.  Please provide some details.

Please be aware Form 8915-E has just been released and is currently being updated into the program.
