How can i fix the system runtime error message that i continually get when trying to update my program? I am using windows 10

That link takes you to a solution for Windows 7/8, not 10

This doesn't fix the problem with windows 10.

Really? You waited 10 months to say "call us"?  Gotta love this lightning fast response time! Should I ask my 2022 tax questions now to give you time to prepare?
