How can I file my state now?

I have already filed my federal taxes,  now I need to file my state taxes.

Please take the following steps to get back into your state return after your federal has been accepted to complete your return.

  • Sign into TurboTax Online
  • Go to Taxes > My Tax Timeline.
  • In the SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO section, click Add a state.
  • Click on the State Taxes tab.
  • Click Continue to start or complete your state taxes.
  • Click Done with States.
  • Continue through the pages to file your state tax return.
