Email is not one of the ways to contact TurboTax.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

Thank you for the responding,  I was just curious about why Turbo Tax charged me only 70 dollars (29.99 for Federal and 39.99 for State) for 2018.  Then 170 dollars (120 for Federal and 50 for State) for 2019 and I used the self-employed for 2019, does that make the difference?

Yes. That would make a difference.

Okay, I was told that Turbo Tax is so cheap and I could do it myself very easily.  I had CPA did the taxes for me in the past for about 80 to 100 dollars and I paid 70 dollars to Turbo Tax for the year of 2018.  Then I paid 170 dollars for the year of 2019 so I decided to contact my old CPA and she would charge me 100 dollars!

That is 70 dollars more between CPA and Turbo Tax! so I guess I'm going back to CPA next year, 170 dollars for the self-employed? really!!!
