"Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section"... why do i keep getting this error code... i have tried all the troubleshooting options..nothing working

its not my cache, cookies or connection and turbo tax says my return has no errors??

That means something is wrong on the TurboTax program.  Normally that message lets you get an email when the issue has been fixed.
