Has anyones path message changed to "we have received your return and it is processing" ? what does that mean? are they getting ready to send the refund?

Yep. Mine changed on Feb. 15th. It hasn't updated since that status came up. There's a bunch of us on the forums experiencing the same thing. They might be slower because of the shutdown. It's hard to say at this moment. I'll try to update when I have something.
