Has anyone had problems with their OHIO state Tax returns???

Hello, im not from Ohio but im willing to try and help. 

Yes - can't get Ohio state to file.

Here is the message:
OHCOM-012 - Ohio and/or school district tax withheld is claimed on the return(s) but no income statement forms with Ohio and/or school district tax withheld are included with the return. Please correct and retransmit.

Did you ever solve this issue? I'm experiencing the same thing.

Same issue here. Rejected two times. Anybody get it working?

I'm having the same things. Tried twice now and the same thing.

I was able to resolve this by editing my W2. I had to change the school district withholding so the W2 had the school district code instead of the school district name. Once I did this, the return was accepted.

I have the same issue for 2018.  Rejected 3 times.   I'll try now and change the W2.

I only have 1099-R's and could not change the school district code.   After paying Intuit extra for state  I will  need to just mail it in.
