Hard Disc crashed lost TurboTax Software

My Hard Disc crashed and TurboTax 2023 I had was lost. I have my license number (Activation Code) and my TurboTax 2023 returns, Individual Tax Return.tax2023. However since TurboTax Software was lost I cannot open the files. How do I download, 2023, again?

If you purchased the 2023 TurboTax software from TurboTax as a download then sign onto your download account and download the software by clicking on Access My Downloadshttps://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

Does not work.

Puts me into an endless loop.

Access My Downloads -> Login -> Password -> Login -> Password -> .....

Clear cache and cookies on your web browser.  If that does not help change your web browser to one of these you are not using, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge.

Use Chrome browser.  If you do not have Chrome, download and install it.  Delete browsing data for all time.

Then login to your TurboTax account.  At bottom left, click Intuit Account and in that screen you will see your purchases and download links.

Thanks but none of the suggestions work.

After I login it puts me into a loop.

Clearing all cookies and history does nothing.

I go back to downloads and it is back into a loop.

TurboTax Support indicates the matter is closed.

IT IS NOT CLOSED and the problem persists.

Call support.  They can push a copy of the software to you.
