Glitch on the 7205 form requirement

I'm filing with Turbotax Premier, and I have a small business. I DONT want to take the efficient building credit (line 27B of Schedule C  Profit and Loss statement), so I've left the value at $0. When I do a final check before E-filing it kicks back saying I need to print and mail form 7205 along with the complete tax form set instead of E-filing. I can't take the deduction that requires the 7205 form, so why is it kicking me back? Seems like a glitch in the software.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Gary

Nevermind. With the help of tech services, I was instructed to dump all the entries on the Schedule C  and delete it, then save the rest and close and reopen the program. After reloading the values it all worked.

Preindere... I don't understand.  You say "DUMP" all the entries on Schedule C??  Shouldn't I just be able to hit delete or backspace and remove the zero that was auto-filled by turbotax?

Yes, you should try that.  If it doesn't work you can restart schedule C and that should work as well.

I'm having the same problem.  I need to remove the entire Sch C to fix it?

Removing the schedule C removes all the forms that were added because of it.  So that does work.  But you should just be able to remove the entry that is generating form 7205 and that should be enough.  If it isn't, though, you have to remove that 7205 in order to efile.
