Getting a transmit failed message. All updates have been downloaded and applied. It keeps telling me it needs an update to continue.

Finished all the filing in TurboTax desktop. When I try to transmit, it comes back with a failed message, indicating it needs an update. I just downloaded all current updates this morning. The Online menu choice also indicates there are no more updates available. How do I finish transmitting our returns ?

Try a manual software update.  If you're having trouble updating your TurboTax 2023 for Windows Individual software using the "Check for Updates" method, click on the following link for instructions on how you can get the latest federal program update:  Manually Update TurboTax for Windows Software

Actually, I waited one more day, to see if TurboTax came up with any more updates. Yes, it updated again, and downloaded my state in the same update. After that, I could transmit with no problem. I downloaded the manual update, just in case, but didn't need it.
