@Hewfam760 thank you for your question. I would love it if I could see your Turbo Tax Live screen, but since this is in the Turbo Tax Community lets give it a shot.
Ultimately, Needs Review means that some information that was entered maybe incorrect. I would start by opening one up and see it matches exactly the W2G that you received. If not, make the correction and that is it. Then look for any areas that are red or that are potentially blank. Lastly, you can go to Federal Review and the tax return will be error checked. Not all Needs Reviews will stop the return from being successfully e-Filed.
