Could you post which fields (if not all) that are showing dropdowns and also post your version number?
Did you try rebooting your computer? Which Windows OS or Mac?
Yeah, after rebooting. It seems to be a program issue after the update.

Fascinating...I just updated and it's there on mine too (W11, Premier Desktop)
I haven't tried reboot yet.
The hover shows that green list (which varies depending on what line on the 1040 is hovered over), but an actual rt-click brings up the proper menu. Even shows on a bunch of forms and worksheet's lines I hovered over.
I agree, even after WIndows Reboot (and I also already had the main WIndows 11 OS updates installed from earlier this week (or was it last week?))
What a hoot!!! I suspect that update used some special setting for the programmers to work with, but someone else didn't get the proper update file to post for we "Users".
But might be interesting for us to see what they can look at

My W11 Premier is:
WinPerRelease version is supposedly 023pt000pt0493
TurboTax.exe version is supposedly 2023pt47pt35pt63
With this type of unintentional update that was issued, I'm not going to open my real, already-filed tax return, in case there is something else in there that just happens to screw it up.
Wait for the next software update next Friday (if not fixed sooner).
Yes, unlikely rebooting would change how the program operates.
Well.....lookss like the weekly overnight software update (20-21 June) didn't fix that weird green pop-up menu.
Maybe some (undetermined) future update will.
Apparently, no one in the software team is paying attention......or whomever is in charge, went on vacation.
