Are you using desktop software? Have you updated the software? Go up to the top left and click on TurboTax and then click "check for updates"

Thanks for the response. I am using the desktop (TurboTax Home and Business 2019) and my software is up to date. I have tried updating and it says "you are up to date".
have you ever had updates installed, if not this may mean there's a problem with your computer, firewall, antivirus or browser so try to contact support. in the worse case, you can always file an extension but if you owe you must pay the balance due by 7/15/2020.
Thanks for the response. The updates must have been installed, otherwise the program would not say "Your software is update", isn't that right? I am not using a browser since I am using the desktop version. I have never had this problem with updating other programs.
