Form 8962

I am being rejected for Form 8962. I have tried o enter $1 for the 1095 for January monthly premium amount and SLCSP.  But the IRS continues to request Form 8962

Have you looked at your account on the Heathcare.gov just to make sure you don't have a 2025 1095-A issued?
