Have you tried running the Federal Review in TurboTax? When you do this, the software will have you answer any pending questions on the tax return. This step usually clears any error messages.
On the left sidebar of the software, go to the Federal Review section. Click Check my Info. The software will prompt you to review the screens that have missing information.
