I have long term net capital gains on four stock transactions in 2023. I've noted all data requested via form 8949. What happens next is the total proceeds of the transaction are migrated automatically to my income. The trades took place in my IRA Rollover account. How do I get the capital gains back into my IRA umbrella and off of my income data?
