According to the IRS instructions for form 8283
"Identifying number.
Individuals must enter their social security number or individual tax identification number (ITIN), as applicable. All other filers should enter their employer identification number (EIN)."
However, when I enter my SSN I get the error "Entity identifying number should not be the same as your social security number" and I cannot get past this step.
