Some TurboTax customers may be experiencing an issue/error because TurboTax is adding an incomplete Form 7206 when customers are not required to file it after entering a 1095-A with the box checked for "I'm self-employed and bought a Marketplace plan".

Turbotax 2024 is also showing the same message as last year saying that Form 7206 can not be efiled. Is this going to be fixed this year? I certainly hope so as many self employed individuals need this. Last year I was ultimately able to efile with this form after the software was updated. Please advise.

Here is an article you can reference that will tell you particular forms availability.

Thank you! I am encouraged because the link that you provided shows that both the form and e-filing will be available on Feb 6.  One thing that is concerning is that when I am in my Turbotax Home and Business application, it lists all the forms in my return that are not available as well as the dates of availability. In this case, Turbotax listed the form and showed that it would be available for print on the same date but not available to e-file. This is what prompted my post originally. i hope the article/link that you provided is more up to date, and if so, then we should be fine since it says e-file will be available. Is there any way to confirm this?
