Can I fill out IRS Form 709 with Turbo Tax

No. Turbo Tax does not support the gift tax form 709, but here is a link:

my wife and I transferred all but our ira's to my son.how do I have to complete a 709 jointly with my wife?

You cannot complete a Form 709 in TurboTax.  Here is a link to the IRS form

So how does it work for Form 709?

I plan to efile my taxes thru TurboTax. Do I need to send in the paper copy of the Form 709 separately to IRS?

How does that work?
