Form 1098-T tutition

I am 19 years old.  I got 2024 Form 1098-T from my college, my parents claim me as a dependent.  I understand only my parents can report 1098-T on their tax.  But when I am doing my 2024 tax on Turbotax, I am asking a question:  "Do you have any higher education expenses in 2024?"

Should I answer YES or NO for this question since only my parents can report Form 1098-T on their tax and I do have Form 1098-T under my name?

Answer "No." Because you are a dependent, those expenses are your parents, not yours.

Select no to the 1098-T. You should mark that you are being claimed by someone else in the personal info section. Once that is marked, you won't be able to file the 1098-T or claim the expenses.
