I am 19 years old studying at the college, I am going to file my 2024 tax, and my parents claim me as a dependent. I received Form 1098-T from my college. Can I and My Parents both report Form 1098-T on our taxes or just my parents?

You are a dependent. Your parents use it and get the education credit on their tax return.
