Form 1095-A (?)

I had health insurance through my employer and I honestly don't ever remember a 1095-A form in the past - do I need it for my taxes, and if it's coming, how long do I have to wait for it? Who sends it out?

If you never had Marketplace Insurance through your state or from healthcare.gov in 2021 then when asked about receiving a Form 1095-A answer NO.
