Form 1065 is schedule to be available on February 4, 2021. See the attached list for form availability from the IRS: Forms Availability

Better 2/11 than 2/28...

Went to link for form availability, and it showed the form is available.  Updated and ran error check and still got the notice that the forms are not available.  Another glitch with TurboTax that is holding up issuing K-1's and filing.   Had a problem with TurboTax last year with forms availability and after waiting patiently for two weeks was forced to call customer assistance to fix the problem.  Looks like I'll need to call.

Feb 10 and still not available.  This is ridiculous.  I have a friend who is tax professional and her software is able to provide a 1065 and K1's.

Consider how much your friend paid for her tax software versus how much you paid for TurboTax.

Looking at the IRS website, it looks like the 1065 form is final, but the "Instructions for Form 1065" are not...

https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1065.pdf

Looking at the info for the Draft Instructions, the IRS is trying to make changes to the reporting of partner capital accounts...
