Seems I'm not the only one with the 1040-ES vouchers printed with watermarks "FORM NOT FINAL - DO NOT FILE' It was suppose to be updated 2/20. I called to speak to an agent to see how I could get one that is free from the watermark and she told me to USE THIS ONE? So I'm suppose to send this unprofessional watermarked form to the Federal Government??? That's your answer Turbo Tax? I paid for Turbo Tax to give me usable forms and this is what I am told. So tell me what did I pay for and what is the solution?
