You can no longer work on a 2022 return in TurboTax Online, but you can prepare it in 2022 TurboTax Desktop software. It cannot be e-filed. It has to be printed, signed, dated, and mailed.
If you had already started your 2022 return in TurboTax Online last year and need to continue working on it, but don't want to start over, you can download the *.tax2022 data file from your Online TurboTax account and open it in the 2022 desktop software.
