first time filers unable to e-file

My son is 19 years old and he worked during 2024 for the first time but when you do your taxes with turbotax when you go to e-file they ask you for the AGI of the previous year return to identify you and he does not have any previouswork or tax return. What other option my son has so he can e-file his return for 2024

Try entering 0 for the AGI.

He needs to enter a 0 (zero) for the 2023 AGI since no 2023 tax return was filed

He can try using zero 0 If zero does not work then the return can be printed and filed by mail.
