Finished return, downloaded Adobe Acrobat and cant get back to my return help

something has changed this year. I have to sign back into my account many times a session. This time I cannot get back to my return to print it. It has been accepted.

Can you please clarify, what is happening when you try to access your return? 

Are you getting a specific error message?
