Final K-1 Marked and it shouldn't be

I am trying to transfer 2022 tax return from 2022 TurboTax Business Desktop into 2023 TurboTax Business Desktop and it isn't bringing over the shareholder information. I have tried to just enter the shareholder info but then it tells me I have to check that we have a change in ownership (which we don't). After more investigating and talking with TurboTax help there was an error in software last year that marked our shareholders as their final year. How do we fix this and get it to transfer correctly so I can do 2023 taxes?

i don't know much about the business app but I suggest you go into the 2022 return and find where final is marked and uncheck it.

I should have said I tried that too. It won't let me uncheck it. I even tried to amend the return to uncheck it and it won't let me do that either.
