You will need to ask clear and specific questions in the user forum. We cannot see your screen, your tax return or your account. Are you having troubles with the software, don't know how to answer the questions, having trouble with efiling.....or what?

If you have an account already started, you will select "do my taxes for me" when you are in the turbotax online program.
A second option is do it with me. This is when you prepare the return, and get live assistance when needed. We can assist with tax questions and navagating through the software. Get started by clicking on the "Start for free, Pay only when you file link."

The system will upgrade you to a different package if needed and tell you why the upgrade is necessary to complete your return.
